Poly concierge praise - pre-trip

Just wanted to post a little bit of praise for the Poly concierge staff. They contacted me about 2 weeks ago for our trip in late January and walked me through step-by-step about check-in, my current ressies, their services, the resort amenitites, etc. She really took her time introducing the resort to me. She then gave me both direct dial and e-mail info.

I have since e-mailed them twice and they have been very helpful and prompt in their reply. They have easily secured PS's as well as info about a birthday cake in the room for DH, info on the Richard Petty Drviing Experience, and spa information.

Turns out theCM who responded the first time is from the Bay Area and has a brother who lives very near where I work. Everyone all together now.."it's a small world after all..."

I just hope the great service continues once we get there!!

Growin'upDisney, I hope the person who helped you wasn't Tara! I have been reading countless negative comments about her on the Dis! Apparently, very pleasant and personable on the phone...but doesn't follow through!
