Poly Bus to DHS

Does anyone have thoughts about the most efficient way to get from Poly to DHS (and back)? My understanding is that the Poly shares bus service with Grand Flor. Is this right? So that means to DHS, it stops at GF after Poly, and from DHS to Poly it stops first at GF?

Would it make sense for us to walk to TTC and catch direct bus to Poly or take monorail to GF and catch direct bus to DHS? How about the way back?

Last year Poly didn't share busses with the GF. Maybe something has changed since then?
I would just take the DHS bus from the Poly! It didn't seem like a very long ride to us.

The HS bus stops at CO/PO/GF and has done this for at least 2 years as far as I know. While the DTD & AK buses do not go to GF and only share with CO.

You can walk to TTC and take the HS bus from there but I do not think it would be quicker. And that bus stays pretty crowded most of the day.

Nor do I think taking the monorail to GF would be quicker, since you have to travel all the way around the lagoon making 4 stops on the way.

You asked for the "most efficient", you can"t get more efficient then taking only 1 bus.

Good point. That bus will have all the Guests wanting to go from Magic Kingdom to DHS.

Are you sure? I think the OP's main intent is getting to DHS, so that'd be only one stop on the monorail. The "...way back?" question seems almost an afterthought.

But you're right - boarding at the GF would be extremely INefficient.

Since the Contemporary, Polynesian and Grand Floridian share bus service here is the list of pick ups and dropp off's for each resort, no matter where your going to and coming back from. #1 Contemporary, #2 Polynesian and #3 Grand Floridian. So if you don't want to share bus service with the Contemporary and Grand Floridian, my suggestion is to walk over to the TTC and get on their bus which goes to Hollywood Studios.

Sorry, your right it is only one stop from POLY to GF. Don't know what I was thinking.

The DTD and AK buses wil only do CO/PO and not go to GF

just take the bus. you might be able to save yourself 30 seconds by trying to be smart. who cares.

Well in the afternoons the route has always been Contemporary/Polynesian/Grand Floridian.
