Poll - How many points do you own at VGC?

Sorry if this doesn't work guys, this is my first time posting a poll.

I always see polls for how many points someone has but I have never seen one that is exclusive to VGC, so I thought it might be interesting to see.

I'm curious how many have only a small number of points, under 100 vs the larger ones.

We currently have 280 points at VGC. Our first VGC FM purchase was for 180 and then addonitis hit again for another 100.

I don't know if you can edit the poll, but 0 Points should probably have been it's own category. My guess is most of the 0-150 point selections have no points there.

I can not figure how to edit the poll, so sorry about the 0-150 category. I just assumed that if someone didn't own at VGC they wouldn't answer.

We live only 30 minutes away, so our purchase was for a long weekend stay or an one night stay for birthdays or anniversary. BUT the family enjoyed it so much that we are thinking that maybe we should eventually add on more.

Maybe the poll should be 0 - 100 and 100 - 150?

105 points at VGC. We go EOY after we vacation at Palm Desert.

We have just 125 points at VGC - the smallest number of points out of all our home resorts.

But it's enought for a trip every 2-3 years in a 1-BR.

0 points for us. Nice photo, VallCopen -- but it sure does remind me of how much I miss the SUN wheel. That Mickey face is, in my opinion, highly unattractive.

Ohhhh I love the Mickey face, what I don't like is the sun they put in the place of the Mickey on the coaster. But that is why Disney appeals to so many, there is something for everyone.

I also miss the SUN wheel, but I don't hate the Mickey face as much as I thought. It's growing on me. I do like being able to call the ride, Mickey's Buckets O'Death! The males in my family are terrified of the thing! DH is 6'3" and can barely stand to ride the stationary buckets -- the swinging buckets are out of the question! I only ride them with a larger group! And he goes with the other group and my DSes, who still can't believe that I like the swinging buckets and they fear for my life! It's possible that sometime in the future someone will decide to go "retro" and make it back into the Sunwheel....you know in 20 - 30 years...

I know this was set up for a poll but I had to post this picture of my 3 year old who loves the swinging Buckets. Maybe it is because she is to young to realize, but that is her favorite ride at DCA. Her daddy is holding HER hand not the other way around, and no she isn't crying she is cracking up. Excuse the messy shirt it was from yummy strawberry bar.

Very cute picture VallCopen - hope I can be as brave as your little girl during our 1st trip to DL - too bad it's not til May 2011!

We only have 50 points at VGC. We had just bacme DVC members in April then went to a Doorway to Dreams in May and was overcome with a wave of Addonitis! But for now it will work great for the 2 of us to go every other year or so.

picked up 200 points while we were there at the grand for ten nights last april and have a stay in a 1br booked for first week in feb 2011

So I have noticed that other than a couple people, most do not own that many points at VGC. Is that because you where already owners at other resorts and this was a last minute add on or because people are not impressed with VGC??? My hubby and I just bought in last year and have got all our points at VGC. We just did another add on and our thinking of doing another because we are worried they will sell out, any thoughts on the selling out?
