Poll for President. Hillary or Condi?

I don't fear Condi even half as much as I do the Jebster, Bush's brother. I think that he has just the right amount of left-ish leanings (environmentally) to grab a substantial amount of middle of the road voters from both parties, plus the born again voters and his overwhelming support for the right to life (Terri Schivo) and win the whole shebang. I think with the incredible amount of sheer meyhem going on with the Republican party right now, the whole nomination process will be entertaining to watch, to say the least.

There are others I would be interested in more than Jeb Bush. Possibly McCain. Maybe Gov. Bill Richardson. I still have hopes for Senator Bayh even though he buckled under the far lefts pressure and voted not to confirm Justice Roberts.
However, Jeb Bush wouldn't be that bad. And there would be a nice bonus, the far left would keep their panties wadded for at least another 4 years.

I see your point, and I guess "puppet" is not the word I should have used. "Neocon accomplice" is probably more accurate.

I think both parties will be interesting to watch.

I don't see Condi running, but there isn't any doubt that Hillary will. If she does it will be one of the worst things to happen to the Democratic Party in a long time. She only wins in a 3 way race.

Rice did a great job representing the United States as a member of the NSA during the fall of the Soviet Union and the reunification of Germany. She represents the people of the United States as Secretary of State. No one can dispute her foreign policy expertise and experience. I would be proud to vote for her.

If these 2 are our candidates, Condi will win in a landslide. Like it or not, Condi will win the black vote (who are mostly democrats) and of course she would win the Republican vote. Dems would be shaking in their shoes.

And how did you come to the conclusion that blacks see Rice as being anything more than a Bush apologist and a Bush crony? Rice would be lucky to get as a percentage of the black vote as her boss.

I know this is going to come as a hell of a surprise, but blacks can see beyond the skin color.

I too am hoping for McCain, but I fear that the Republican establishment will not allow him to become nominated.

They won't nominate McCain because they can't trust McCain. McCain tries to work both sides of the street a little too often.
