Oh please. At least HC would know what to do with a bull. Unlike Condi who no man has seen fit to date. I'd chose HC over any other woman and most men that would run for president. And Dawn, you weren't ridiculing other posters but you were ridiculing HC. It seems that when you can't add anything intelligent to the conversation you ridicule and make snide remarks. Maybe you should refrain until something intelligent pops into your head. We'll wait.

Condi would be a great President! Sadly, I doubt she'll ever run, but if she did, I'd vote for her over just about anyone else I can imagaine.

Hillary? I cant think of many people who I'd less like to have as president.

I heard Morris on the radio the other day hawking his book. I wasn't impressed. He sounded like a man with a huge vendetta.

I agree that Condi would pull a % of the black vote because of her skin color. However minority voting blocks are notoriously unreliable. The may support one canidate over another canidate, but getting them to the voting both is a huge problem. If "winning the black vote" won elections --- well then we'd have a Democratic President. Unfortunately there would also be a significant portion of the voting block of both parties that would not vote for a woman overall, and especially a black woman. I'm not sure Rice could even win the Republican nomination.

If she did win the party nomination, C Rice has incredibly strong ties to an increasingly unpopular President, unpopular war, and degrading economy. If things continue on their current path, the Republicans are going to be in for a rough election in 2008. Hilary Clinton of course comes with her own baggage. The hatred against her seems very polarizing.

But, given the choices, I imagine I would vote for Hilary Clinton and then spend yet another election wishing I had another choice.

I really don't know! I honestly don't know where they stand on the issues. If Condi's views are in align with this administration, then no I wouldn't vote for her.

I did do a political test and I was near Hilary so I would vote for her.

I see your point, and I guess "puppet" is not the word I should have used. "Neocon accomplice" is probably more accurate.

I don't fear Condi even half as much as I do the Jebster, Bush's brother. I think that he has just the right amount of left-ish leanings (environmentally) to grab a substantial amount of middle of the road voters from both parties, plus the born again voters and his overwhelming support for the right to life (Terri Schivo) and win the whole shebang. I think with the incredible amount of sheer meyhem going on with the Republican party right now, the whole nomination process will be entertaining to watch, to say the least.
