One of my favorite Pokemon websites has had their domain name hijacked so that when anyone clicks onto their page they could wind up anywhere.. That's right, ANYWHERE.

So sad that these creeps can get away with messing around with stuff on the net :guilty: Here's the Wikipedia page on the whole thing if you wish to know more.

Yes, me too - Lou's Disney Trivia site - they seem to have it all under control now, though. It was all linked to the Chat software, apparently.

Excellent news ~ I really like that site :thumbsup2

My pokemon site is back too; they said that they have more protection on it now to prevent it from happening again.

Now that is very odd... the forum of a Disney website i use was hacked this week too. They have a java-based chatroom installed too. I'll let the webmaster know to take a look at the security of that specific module.

I've deleted the email I received from Lou Mongello, but I'm sure if you either email him or take a look at the Forums on his site, it might help.
