Points for Rent / Transfer: 420 AKL Animal Kingdom Lodge, 325 Boulder Ridge, $18.50-$20pp. 25% down with cancellation and change policy

Experienced renter with flexible terms, 25% down and agreed upon payment schedule thereafter. I can do reservations 11 months out at Animal Kingdom and 7 months from check in at any other resort. Price is $20 per point with preferred payment options of Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. A rental contract will be provided along with refund options depending on specific dates and terms of the reservation.

3% discount if paid in full within 10 days of reservation confirmation, still retain cancellation and change options.

Please provide the following information for me to check availability:

1. Desired check in and check out dates (note if flexible)
2. Type of room (Studio, 1BR, 2BR, etc)
3. Desired resort(s) in priority order.
4. Number of guests

No, I'm sorry. I also checked both nights individually.

Hello, I am looking into a 2 BR AKL stay 11/18-11/21. Would like to inquire about a point transfer to a non-DVC member. Is this possible? Would love to learn more about the logistics as I am new here. Another post informed me I could get a 2BR at AKL for ~116 points. Is that about right?
