The points are set within a range but there is some variation from one resort to another and one time to another. As a rule assume anything that is not II red time will be LOW season. Then for prime time, it's likely HIGH season but for red but not prime, it's likely MID season. Red time does not equal HIGH season, it's about 30-40% of the time overall (my quick guess) that's red time and HIGH season but the rest is MID. For example, HI is red season year around but about 36 weeks are HIGH, 2 LOW, the rest MID. For Aruba and most of the Caribbean it's about 18 weeks HIGH, most of the rest MID with a couple of LOW seasons weeks as well. St. John is HIGH all 52 weeks.
Ultimately you don't know for sure until you match. You can ask what a given week for a specific resort was last year and that should give you a good idea as they'll only vary with holidays & Spring break for the most part.
