Points booking date and room location questions

We (family of 4)will be doing the 4 night Wonder on July 13-17, 2003 on points.

1. I want to reserve at the 11th month window. Should I call on Aug 13 or 17, 2002?

Our Aunt is joining us but booking a separate reservation with cash. We are both looking at a Cat 6 each. She has difficulty walking and would need a good location.

2. Should we book first, then give her our room # and tell her to try to get near us, or visa versa?

3. Most Cat 6 are on Deck 6. Should we try for mid ship and near the elevators? We love the stairs but she can't do them.

4. Correct me if I am wrong, but once she gets her Room #, I can call DVC member services and link the two ressies for dining, or do we call DCL to link them?

I can only answer one of your questions--you can book it on August 13, I just booked the June 29 cruise on June 30 with mostly DVC points.
