I GOT RESV AT POR, BUT HEARING GOOD THINGS ABOUT POFQ. NEED ASSISTANCE.

depends on what you are looking for

POR is more spread out...got more of a country feel

POFQ is much more compact (and therefore everything is "close") and has more of a city type feel.

POR has a theme pool and several quiet pools
POFQ has one pool, but you have access to all the POFQ pools

the biggest reason WE picked POFQ over POR, was for the newly refurbished rooms

We've stayed at both and like both. The mansions at POR are beautiful. However, we prefer POFQ b/c it is smaller and less of a walk to everything. The food courts are pretty equal- with POFQ getting the edge b/c of their beingets! You can't really go wrong with either one. It just depends on your personal preference. I would research both and choose the one you will enjoy better. If you choose POR, I'd request being close to the main building and bus stop.
BTW- the two share buses. POFQ is always picked up and dropped off first, often leaving POR guests standing.

One more vote for POFQ. Have stayed several times and love both. I like the small feel of POFQ, but my biggest reason at this time would be the redone rooms! I was there last week and it was great.

Thanks for the input. I think I'm switching to POFQ. I will be using Disney Transpo a lot, lots of midday breaks at the pool and food court visits. POFQ sounds like the way to go.

Another vote for POFQ we do like POR but POFQ is our favorite.
