I love that idea. The cards sound very useful for any trip and then on top of that you also a keepsake to help remember the events of the trip. Hmmmm...I might just have to do something similar.

I like Spring Summer & Fall... It's Winter that I dislike... When it gets dark outside at 5:00PM I feel it's already time to go to bed. I think the only real bad part about Fall is that it's almost Winter

I like Spring and Fall. I don't like extreme temps.....I love when the trees change color...don't like the leaves tho, but it's just part of it. Today is suppose to be near 90...yuk...I'm over the heat too.

Be glad that you actually get seasons. We have SURFACE OF THE SUN HOT for 3 months and not quite as hot the rest of the year. The 9 months of "not quite as hot" are really very pleasant. We even have had snow the past 2 years. That had not happened before in at least the last 30 years down here.

Currently planning Sunday in Boston for my sister. She turned 50 on July 4th and Deb and I are treating her to an afternoon in Boston along with Wicked at the Opera House.

Pretty sure I'm doing Maggiano's for an early dinner but haven't fully decided yet.

Good Morning Everyone!

I would actually like to ask Summer to leave a few hours early as it has worn out its welcome. I am sick of these hot days but it looks like we still have a few 90+ days ahead of us. Oh well, as my Dad always told me - "never wish time away", so I am just going to find a way to enjoy it.

There is a tree near my yard that has almost fully changed color. Worst part of fall is leaf raking.

And I agree shorter days are crummy. Hate going to work and coming home in the dark.

Agree - I feel like a mole. I always get very exited as Spring approaches and I can drive home from work without the headlights on

Yum, Italian food in Boston! I had the best Italian food (that Jennifer didn't make ) at a family-owned Italian restaurant in the North End in Boston. I still remember the mother in the kitchen stirring a big pot of sauce and her boys running down the street and coming back with a cheese wheel or cut of meat thrown over their shoulder. It was straight out of a movie but soooooo good.

I know you all get just hammered by snow all through the winter, but I can't tell you what a treat the last two years have been. Last year was actually the first year of my 40 years on this planet that we had snow on Christmas...ever! I was so excited I was like a kid out playing in the snow even after the sun went down on Christmas Eve and then waking up to even more snow on Christmas morning was simply magical. So please forgive us if we get excited by that strange white stuff on the ground.

11 Weeks we will be leaving for Orlando...or 76 Days, 1840 Hours, or 110,400 Minutes...

I have 50.5 work days left, 2 Holidays and 1 more family birthday......

Think I'm getting excited? Naaaaa.....

Fall is starting out like the middle of July here in the Ohio Valley. We are expected to hit 101 degrees today. I just hope these crazy temperatures don't lead to a very bad winter. Time will tell.

In eleven weeks (also in one week) from now, I'll be nearing Nashville for the first leg of my trip to WDW. Kinda excited!!!
