Happy Friday Day!!!! It will be in the 80's here today!

Heading off to Culpeper (about 2 hours away) to set up and decorate for the wedding, then we will come home and get ourselves ready for the big day tomorrow..

Still can't believe my BABY is getting married tomorrow.. We were talking about something to do with the wedding last night and he wasn't agreeing with me and I reminded him that until they pronounce him married he still is mine and must follow my rules and direction. He though it was funny and laughed, I was being serious LOL

I am and all at once.., plan to wear lots of waterproof makeup and sunglasses 'cause I will be crying

Anyway... Have a great weekend, I'll pop in tonite if I can...

Thanks for the link! Yep, just me and my mom, leaving my dad, fiancee, brother, and my son (I'm not looking forward to leaving him, but I can't wait for a mother/daughter trip, we've never had one) at home.
My mom isn't on the boards yet, but I showed her the Book Club thread and she's actually almost finished with the book they are reading now, so I think she may join the next one. I had her listen to the introduction show on the podcast and I'll have her start listening to more. She's excited about this cruise, but I'm not sure she totally knows what she's gotten herself into. Heck, I don't know a whole lot about what I've gotten us into, but the more I read the more I get excited! I haven't posted much on the boards and usually do on the Community boards, but I've been around for a while, a quite observer, but since listening to the podcasts I've gotten so much more into everything and LOVE IT!

Yeah they are worth seeing, but we were a little dissappointed (a bit like the Simpsons Movie)

It's going to rain today but that is okay, we have a huge tent and it is suppose to bring good luck for the marriage.

Thanks, I did listen to that show and it's part of the reason why we decided to go ahead and do this one...That one sounded like so much fun! The show on the cruise was great to...I hope they do that again.

Hello cruisers! It's a lazy weekend for me, but not DH. He's working on re-growing grass. Have a fun weekend.

Took advantage of the nice weather by bicycling 13 mile round trip on the Kennebec River Rail Trail. Lunch in a genuine diner in the turnaround town.

Tomorrow hope to do a rail trail in the woods that is not paved. Just a little more exciting on the tires and the view is not as nice. But there is an ice cream stop!

Congrats to you, your son and his new wife. It rained during my wedding which was outside as well but I was still on cloud 9 so it didn't even bother me. 14 yrs later we are still married while most of our friends have been divorced once if not 2 or 3 times so I guess the rain does bring good luck.

Happy Sunday everyone! Hope everyone's weekend peaceful and uneventful in the stress area.

This past week my DD made the HS cheer JV team, won a Presidential award for Delta Academy and turned 14 today so yesterday was all about her. We had 35 people come to dinner with us to celebrate I think the restaurant folks thought we were well behaved... Other than that it rained A LOT so today we are just going to chill.
