PO Riverside Non-Smoking Buildings?

Does anyone know which buildings at PO Riverside (Alligator Bayou section) are non-smoking?

building 18 is the only smoking building, so the rest are smoking.

18 is the smoking building. The others are not. Closest to Food Court are 14, 15, and 27. Having been accidentally sent to 18 once, I can tell you the room I went to wreaked before I opened the door. They promptly relocated us.
