Maybe we should start a Sandcass Emailing Campaign? :guilty:

I honestly couldn't believe it when I read her posts that she was leaving. :guilty:

We will have to trick her into coming back, like a movie.

Everyone email her and say I have started featuring Crocs and sweatshirts in Shopping segments.

What else could we do?

I was so shocked when I first read it that I think I just sat on my stool (ie, kitchen chair, not my poop :lmao: ) and just kind of shook my head. I felt so stupid for having this reaction for an "internet friend", but we all got to know her even though she hadn't posted for long. It's hard to know what's really going on with her and her DH, but it seemed a bit controlling to me. :confused3

Things are OK here. I left dh off the hook (well, about 95%--he's still got a tad of occasional indifference coming his way--grumble, grumble).

How are you, sugar?

Well don't let him off the hook all the way. Have to keep them on their toes.

As for me, when I'm on here dising I'm great. IRL not so great. It'll be okay. I keep telling myself that. Glad things are better for you.

Did you know that Tig and I are sisters? Yep, but Mom didn't keep me. Gave me away at birth. Was raised by gypsies. :sad2: I wonder how a good guilt trip would work on her.

Speaking of Tig, she was out of control the whole time you were gone. Causing havoc on all kinds of threads. Even got a few of them locked. Offending people right and left. It was a disgrace. I'm embarrassed to admit she's related.

Tig, if and when you email Sandcass, tell her hello from me too.

I have always said that all the world's ills can be solved by a trip to the mall! :cloud9:

Dear Lawd, you're a hoot. :lmao:

It seems controlling to me, also. Trying hard not to judge, but it ain't easy.

I really liked her, too. :guilty:

The trouble really occured all in one day, I think. I thought for sure my DIS days were numbered and I even had someone ask me what name I would return as. :rolleyes1

I leave, and all goes to Helena Handbasket! :sad2: See, I am the mature one in the group--the one that keeps you all on the straight and narrow.

I'm glad that you're happy here on The Dis--I'm sure it's a good escape.

I must not be a girl because I don't like the mall...

Oh, geez! Whadya do?!!! At least give me the threads so I don't have to do a long, drawn-out search!

Crap on a cracker, you're as mature as a my dog's gas is sweet smelling! OK, maybe not that bad! :rotfl:

Briarmom! A blasphemer! :scared: :p

:rotfl2: Oh, put your undies back on! I didn't say that I didn't like to shop, just that I don't like the mall. Even though I did get my non-mom jeans at a mall, so it can't be all bad. And sometimes we'll got to a different mall than our closest mall and make it more of a "daytrip"--that's fun. But to just go to our local mall? UGH!

I do like outlet malls. Or online shopping. See, I'm not really a male! :lmao:

Our 13 year old, half-blind, diabetic dog, Cookie, had a really bad gas problem when she was a puppy. To this day you can't say the word "stinky" around her because she'll run under the bed. :teeth:

I love this expression! I'm gonna have to steal it and use it! :rotfl2:

That's one of my favorite expressions that I learned on the DIS. :rotfl: I think someone has it as their tag.
