Ok, I'm headed upstairs to the black hole referred to as the guest room. We moved in here in April and it's still filled with boxes. I couldn't have any guests if I wanted to because there is no room for a bed! I've been saying I would get to it forever

I started making my spaghetti sauce and I simply must share. I use these large sausages in the casings for it. I snip the end of the casing and squeeze the sausag out. As I was doing this it occurred to me that looks exactly like what happens when Petey takes a poop. I'm not sure I can eat it tonight without that visual!

Shug, go up to the black hole armed with garbage bags. Throw as much stuff away as humanly possible. I move a lot, so I know of what I speak.

That happens sometimes Ash! I have had days where I realized that it was 3:00, and I had failed to shower yet too. You can either get a jump start on tomorrow and shower now or take a rest and wait for tomorrow!

Hi you PMSers! I'm back from the bank. I almost got out of half of it since if it goes past 30 minutes I can leave. It took 28 minutes...darn! That was actually the easy part. I had a hard time remembering one of the names since those letters don't usually go together to form a name. But I got it. I filled out the report and just have to scan and e-mail the proof of the visit. I can't say that I enjoyed doing it, but I did it. Was not worth the $10, that is for sure! Also got another paint sample to try in the guest bedroom--we're looking at one more since we can't decide.

I need to go get Jake, go to the grocery store, take a shower, and go to the high school back to school night. I don't have a clue what our dinner will be--maybe a scrounging night.

...I haven't really gotten to see too much yet. It is definately different. We went to the top of our building (this is just the apartment we will use on the weekends) and I saw 4 pyramids....

That is so cool! I can't wait to see pics of your place and your views.

When in doubt I have found that my kids love having cereal for dinner. They think it is a big treat. I think it is easy and doesn't dirty many dishes! Have a great night, sounds crazy busy!!

I do that too Ash! Somedays, Dh gets home at 3:45 and I'm still in my jammies. By then it's too late to do anything productive so I just say the heck with it, take a shower and put on clean jammies. I start over the next day.

That's what I do. Once a month I do a HUGE pot of spaghetti sauce and freeze it so we have access to some quick meals. I use the containers that soup comes in from the Chinese restaurant.
