Damn bosses. They just think they're all that, don't they? :sad2:

I'm doing okay. Hanging in there.

YOU SPELLED THEY'RE WRONG. FOR SHAME!!!

How's that for a spelling Nazi? Of course, you can't look at my spelling mistakes. They're all typos. My spelling is perfect. :rotfl:

OK. You're forgiven. :teeth: Don't let me catch you misspelling again. :teeth:

On a brighter note, I am hoping to get a call today about that new job I interviewed for last week.

I am also taking the girls to the hair dresser for pre-school cuts (and myself for some highlights and a cut). I am spending more money than I have comming in at this point. Beginning of school is expensive. I really NEED that job.

Good Luck Punkin :cheer2:

Not now, Tag Fairy. :sad2:

I spelled "they're" wrong. That's a mortal sin on the CB.

Sing 3 Small Worlds and you will be forgiven. :teeth:

OK, I think I am packed. Am I forgetting anything? :confused3

T&B, is this TR available somewhere? I'd love to read the whole thing, if it exists. :thumbsup2
I never do trip reports. I should and have intended to, but just have never managed to write one.

teva, yes, embarrassing and funny. I'm so glad that we have the ability to laugh at ourselves. I can't imagine someone having that happen who doesn't have a sense of humor. :rotfl:

red, the Melting Pot can work several ways. We're vegetarian, so it worked a little different, but the basic idea is the same. We did the 4 course dinner. A cheese appetizer fondue is picked, then a salad, then a main course (that is what we picked vegie, but you could pick meat, seafood, etc), and then a choc fondue. For 2 people you have to agree on the cheese fondue and the cooking style of the main course (there are different bases that you can probably read about on the website). You also have to agree on one chocolate fondue. You can each get your own main course, but it's cooked in the same cooking base, so if there are allergies, etc you have to keep that in mind. I wouldn't be crazy about cooking my food with meat and someone with seafood allergies would have problems cooking their food with someone who has ordered seafood.

I would be happy bringing the kids and ordering just the cheese fondue and the chocolate fondue. I liked the salad and main course, but the cheese and salad are the best.

Speaking of kids, when we walked in, there was a dad with 2 very out of control kids also walking in. They were probably 8 and 9 years old. They were talking VERY loud in the waiting area, the boy and the dad were grabbing handfuls of mints, and the dad wasn't doing anything to get them to settle down. We weren't seated too far from them (not real close, but a partial divider between us) and I could see the girl jumping on the bench seat during the meal. She could have gotten a DIS write up. I knew they'd be trouble when the dad didn't do anything to quiet them. I'm glad that I wasn't closer or I would have opened my trap and no, I do not expect silence in a restaurant (it's a noisy type place and their shrieks still stood out). Anyone twice as bad as Jake is nobody that I need to be near on my anniversary. :rotfl2:

Yes, I'm with punkin, I never make spelling mistakes, only "tyros" (what my sister accidentally types for typos in an e-mail one time and what my sister's and I now call typos LOL).

You know, that LIST was bumped back up recently. I couldn't figure out the purpose of that, though.

punkin, good luck on the job! I hope you hear good news. And I hope if it's bad news, it's after you spend all the money at the hairdresser. :)

BOMB, yes, camera...bras? extra pair of shoes, just in case :lmao: undies unless you're pulling a teva and going commando.

When Froggy posted his packing list he'd left off boxers/underwear, so I'm wondering if he's teva'ing.

I went on a vacation once and forgot all my bras. Luckily we passed by outlets and I got lots of bras for a good price. :teeth:

Good Morning!!!! :sunny: :surfweb:

Briar: :dance3: :dance3:

Angel - hope you feel better! Punkin - hope you get the job!

Teva - hello!

T&B - we always go without kids, because we don't have any :rotfl2:

Everyone: let's dance  :cool1:
