We just came back from Emma's birthday dinner at Cafe Tu Tu Tango. YUMMY! And they embarrassed her good. I told them she was turning 13, and she REALLY needed to get schooled

And I had a glass or three of sangria


Which is going to make me sleep REAL soon.

Evening everyone!

It's been a LOOOOOOOOOONG day.

It started with a meeting that went from about 10am-2pm. There was an hour and a half drive there and back. Then I got home and DH and I fed the dogs and drove another 45 minutes to yet another meeting. This was an interesting one as the "host" didn't show up. Neither did the ONE person who wanted us to have this meeting in the first place . So THAT meeting ended around 7pm and DH and I decided to go to dinner. This was, without a doubt, the start of the best part of the day. We had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory Of course, neither of us actually finished dinner (lunch for tomorrow ) and I HAD to get a slice of White chocolate peanut butter truffle cheesecake to have maybe tomorrow

DH finished installing the new dishwasher today and it's running right now! I'm so excited (how pathetic is that, really?) we have been without a dishwasher for about 5 months!

That was my exciting day. Now I'm trying to catch up a bit before I head off to bed...I hope I get a chance to really talk to you all tomorrow!!

Good morning

No big plans for us this weekend. DH has to work on Sunday into Monday so he can be home in time for the concert Monday.

T made his new belt last night. That was fun to watch. He's excited because he started not to long ago.
I have to go get my nails done today. They are way too long! They didn't trim them down last time so I feel like a dragon lady! How exciting, huh?

Rebecca was invited to the prom so we are going to look at gowns this weekend and I need to pack for the meet!

Morning. I woke up before 5:30 because of a stupid bad dream and wasn't able to go soundly back to sleep after that (and I go to sleep too late to wake up that early). We finally have the life insurance physicals this morning, assuming the lady shows up. Since I'm supposed to fast for that I can't even take migraine meds or perk right now for my head and I can't have coffee to see if that will help.
