We were going to go to the Shamrock Festival in D.C. today but DH doesn't want to now. So we might go to the National Cathedral to check out the architecture. I'm just happy to get to spend the day in D.C.!

I have a babysitter coming so I can get my facial and do some shopping. Just a little "alone Mommy" time.

Bonnie, that Shamrock Fest isn't actually in DC. It is in the projects of the outskirts of town, scary neighborhood! Go downtown and see the monuments instead.

I have a question for Frogz or Jules............now, growing up, our trips to AR were just daytrips, except for my hospital stays when I didn't give a flying flip what it did outside. But twice now I've driven through Arkansas at night and it thunderstorms all over us. Does it always rain at night here y'all??????

I'm this teensy bit closer to some of my posse!

I so wish I could meet you ALL!

Tig...glad you are feeling good today too!!! (do you suppose it has anything to do with meeting Paige in a few days? )

No, I had that yesterday, too. I think it has to do with lots of migraine meds, a fair amount of wine, and then plenty of xanax.... Knocked me out early last night. My DH took one look at me before dinner and started asking me what alcohol I wanted--I must have looked bad (P, guess I looked like I sounded ). But I slept, which I really needed.

And of course I'm excited about seeing Paige!!!
