please tell me the name of this plant

It has small white star shaped flowers on a shrub that is either quite low growing or seems to trail up a fence.
There is one at epcot just before the bridge going around to france and some at pop century.
The smell of the flowers in the evening is just out of this world and I have tried for 3 years to find out what it is.
help ! !

Could it be Clematis? It comes in white can climb and the flowers are scented.

Thanks for your suggestions, it could be a type of jasmine but does not look quite like the photos. The leaves are smaller and the flowers are like very small stars, just five petals with no tube like bit underneath.
I meant to bring a cutting back and ask at our local garden center as it was growing outside our room at pop all around the tricycle.

I'm guessing it is "star jasmine," or "confederate jasmine" http://www.floridata.com/ref/t/trac_jas.cfm which is really not a true jasmine at all, but sure smells like one. The flower are like like little white stars like you describe.

I used to grow it in a planter by my front porch, but an ice storm got it one winter and I decided to go with a true pink jasmine instead until it too had to be taken out when we resided the house.

The star jasmine is extremely fragrant. The foliage is really a beautiful dark green and it seemed to re-bloom throughout the summer for us. It was also an evergreen. The pink jasmine would only bloom for me from the end of June through most of July and then was done. It was deciduous and not very appealing during the winter months.

Thankyou everyone, I have been down to the garden center and it is a common jasmine. I have bought some to remind me of disney every time I walk past them
