We fly once a year to Disney but for the life of me my memory cannot recall boarding procedures.
My 9 year old DD uses a wheelchair because of weak muscles in her legs plus its a safe haven for her in crowds due to autism.
We have always done the 24 hour check in prior to our flight however I cannot remember if they allow those in WC's to board prior or was it because of our "A" boarding pass.
They now have the EBCI option which I'm wondering if we need it??
I just don't want it to be a big hassle with 5 members of our party, the chair and carry on.
Also, I do realize we may not ALL board together. We have on some flights and other times we did not.

One parent, at least, should be able to preboard with your 9 y/o dd. And in many cases, the whole group can board together. But, it's best to be prepared to be split up.
I would buy EBCI for the three that may not be able to board with you. You and your dd should be able to board with the other medical preboards. Just go up to the gate attendant and they will give you a blue medical preboard sleeve for your boarding passes. Then, if the rest aren't allowed to board with you, they can get into the correct slots in the boarding line and join you on board.

Thanks
