The only one that could probably get any info out of Casey, completely believes her. Cindy doesnt want to know where the body is, cause there 'isnt one'.
I am startign to wonder the familys involvement now myself. I dont doubt that Cindy didnt love her granddaughter, but as someone else has pointed out, there has been no looking and all that. More or less just defending Casey. And a mom whose child accidentally died, would have some remorse. That twisted woman may as well admit guilt, she doesnt act like a grieving mom at all. Atleast Patsy Ramsey cried for the cameras and made pleas for help... and she was charged with murder from the get go.

Hopefully if Casey is so self centered than she thinks of herself and takes the immunity.

Patsy Ramsey was innocent and officially cleared of any wrong doing by DNA testing.

I could liken Casey to Susan Smith who also cried to the cameras but even Susan Smith cracked and confessed.

Casey is another story.

I wasn't paying 100% attention because I can't hear my TV well because our home is being dried out because of Fay but I thought they said that the limited immunity deal was offered before the DNA and air tests were completed. It was offered when they still believed Caylee might be alive.

People here are right, showing them the body will admit guilt and she isn't going to do that. Her only chance of getting away with it is if they never find Caylee.

Was just reading the cliff notes version of the released documents over on websleuths and the documents reported that Caylee's back pack, doll and tooth brush were recovered from the car.

That is a major red flag, as all of us who have children no.....when you are taking your children to drop them off at a sitter, relative etc., you take a bag and I know my kids usually always like to take something to play with. You don't drop off the kid and not the things such as bag or back pack with change of clothes, etc.....especially at 2 y.o. even if potty trained they do sometimes have accidents, tooth brush and toy. Also, if I am leaving my kids who are still in a car seat at someones house (grandparents) overnight, I leave their seat as well (usually go ahead and install it into said sitters car so I know it is secure) just in case they need to go somewhere.

Just 2 hours after he gave a press conference saying that he plans to revoke her bond Padilla does a 180 and decides he is no longer going to revoke Casey's bond -- WHAT??? Does he know something we don't? I had heard that if he revoked her bond, he was out his $50,000 --- is it possible that he's gotten word that there's a murder charge around the corner and she'll be put back in jail anyway, and he'll get his money back anyway??

This case gets more confusing every minute.......

I am SO HOPING that the method to Padilla's ever increasing madness is just as you stated above.... that he's gotten word that a murder charge is around the corner and he'll get his money back. That is a smart money move on his part. Actually, if that is not what he is up to, he also better worry about a few lynch mobs. That Winnebago is not easy to hide.

Though Casey would probably tell us, that in that ficticious apartment, Zanny Poppins kept doubles of everything for Caylee - toothbrush, doll, back pack, and car seat. Everything anyone could possibly need! Just ask Cindy!

The jurors in the Susan Smith case really PO'd me. They didn't opt for death (and they were death qualified - so for anti death penalty opponents, that was NOT the case with these jurors), because they said Susan Smith didn't have to admit that she'd killed the boys, but she did anyway. Thus they spared her her own life. NO, she didn't just confess. LE stated that the light wasn't working at the intersection that Susan claimed to have driven by. Since the light wasn't working, they said they had an officer at the light all night long and that he was willing to testify that Susan's call did not pass by that direction. She knew she was done, thus she FINALLY confessed. Spared death? Gimmie a break.

I'll tell you who is MUCH, MUCH, worse however and that's Darlie Routier. This taken from the Crime Library is the most chilling thing I've ever read in my life.

Darlie Routier had not yet returned to her home on Eagle Drive since that horrible morning; she, Darin and baby Drake had been staying with Mama Darlie in Plano. Needing some articles of clothing, she telephoned her friend Mercedes Adams a few days after the funeral to ask if she would mind driving her there. 10:59 a.m., Friday: Bounty hunter Doug Padilla arrived with Casey Anthony at her attorney's office, where Padilla called Casey "self-centered." As usual, Casey did not talk to the media when she arrived, although this time, she was carrying a tray of brownies. Today, Channel 6 is reporting that Casey has been sending emails to a 12 year old girl named Dakota Skye- this is a girl from Kissimmee that helped to organize an earlier search for Caylee. In the emails and also a handwritten note on yellow paper that was also sent to the little girl-Casey writes that she wants the girl to spend the night so they can get to know each other better and that Casey Loves her.Along with the handwritten note, Casey sent the 12 year old a handmade bracelet with beads that spell "My friend-My Sister"
She also thanked Dakota for a gift (stuffed animal) Casey tells the girl she named the toy "Dakota"
Apparently, getting these emails has now put little Dakota in the hospital due to severe stress over the case.
The Grandmother of Dakota called Channel 6 first and then the police regarding the emails and read the note on the news and then showed it to the camera.

There will be a huge search in the morning from the Texas team. They are looking for any volunteers that are at least 18 to help. Search begins at 8 am.

At 4 o clock, Casey leaves her lawyers office grinning like a Chesire cat while climbing in a van. How this girl gets such special treatment is beyond me. Interesting that the supposed reasoning that Casey is spending 6-8 hours par day at the lawyer, is so she can get away from her Mother Cindy. Yet Cindy has been gone most of the day doing interviews with the search team, Inside Edition, accusing the local media of physically pushing her as well as George, hurting his back and stepping on his foot. Now he has high blood pressure, his jaw is beginning to hurt and his arm has started tingling.

She is not going to "let the media" do that to them anymore. Yet her daughter can just lounge around, send emails on the computer to a strange child, and bake brownines for Jose. Oh, and steal gas, dig up the yard, steal money from her disabled grandfather, steal money from her parents as well as their car, hide a dead body in the trunk of their stolen car, abandon said car causing them $466 some odd dollars at a tow yard.

Now there is an Orange county lady on the news with her back to the camera talking about how the Anthonys have taken her cell number and are now transferring all tips about the missing baby to this strange womans cell.

Yep. seems like the Anthonys are real concerned.....

Subpoenas Given; Earlier, George Confronts Pair
4:15: p.m. Friday: Criminal witness subpoenas were handed to out to George, Cindy and Lee Anthony, as well as their neighbor, who Casey borrowed a shovel from. This means they will have to be available for a trial hearing in November.


Earlier, Tempers flared at the Anthony house when two Casselberry citizens set up lawn chairs, an umbrella and a tripod on the grass between the street and the house. When asked what they were doing, the men said they wanted to get video of Casey for themselves. George emerged from the garage and told them to get off his property. When they refused, he knocked over their tripod, threw their umbrella across the lawn. He started to grab one of the men by their shirt, but a neighbor intervened and calmed him down. Well it seems that Friday wasn’t exactly a typical Friday afternoon at George and Cindy Anthony’s home in Florida. Apparently George, Casey Anthony’s father and grandfather to missing Caylee Anthony has shown more signs of his temper with the public.

A public outrage has erupted today after the announcement came that Leonard Padilla, the Bounty Hunter, has changed his mind about revoking Casey Anthony’s bond. He got on TV Thursday night and openly stated that he was going to revoke it and have her sent back to jail Saturday. Something has changed his mind even though he was asked if there was anything Cindy Anthony could make him change it on the Nancy Grace Show. His response was absolutely not.

George started throwing chairs and yelling when he saw two protesters in front of his home. His pastor had to hold him back from going after two men who had set up chairs and an umbrella in his yard so they could see Casey put back in jail.

Leonard Padilla told reporters, “I don’t want you guys sitting there talking to Cindy when she’s got a hammer in her hand.” He also expresses his fears for Casey as she travels back and forth to her attorney’s office. “I think somebody could take a shot at her,” he said. He says his concerns for Casey’s safety are rather serious. People are driving by yelling towards Jose Baez’s office. An Eyewitness News Crew heard two people scream out “Hang Her!”

Jose Baez told Eyewitness News of wftv.com that Casey runs past the cameras because he told her to. He says Casey doesn’t want to go back to jail so he worked out a deal to take more responsibility for security. As I said earlier in another article, who exactly is going to be paying for this extra security, if Baez is handling this case for free and is Padilla isn’t getting paid for his services. “After discussing what we could do to address those concerns, Mr. Padilla has agreed not surrender the bond,” said Baez, Friday.

Finally someone from the State’s Attorney office has made a comment about the DNA tests that were done. News broke out yesterday that the DNA tests came in indicating that there were signs of decomposition found in Casey’s car and that Caylee was dead. Now, Orange County State Attorney Lawson Lamar had this to say, “Law enforcement prosecution throughout all of this has been hoping and praying we find this child alive. That hope has been somewhat diminished by recent forensics.”

An offer of limited immunity has been made to Casey after it was requested by Jose Baez several weeks ago. This means that anything Casey would tell the investigators would not be used against her in court, but any evidence found could be. “The initial thought of offering that level of immunity was that we might gain some information that would lead us to the missing child,” said Lamar.

Casey kept saying over and over before being released from jail that she needed to get out so she could help find her daughter. Her parents screamed at reporters that arresting their daughter was a huge mistake because she needed to be out to help look for Caylee. She has been out of jail now more than a week and so far she hasn’t said a word to help anyone find that precious little girl. The State’s Attorney’s office is waiting for the sheriff’s office to bring in what they call a “fact package,” which has all the forensic evidence. Lamar says there is no rush on the packet. The offer of limited immunity will expire on Tuesday. I guess we will see if Baez comes up with another trick up his sleeve to extend that offer too.

Leonard Padilla said that Cindy Anthony was in denial when she made the statement about someone else probably put a dead body in the trunk of Casey’s car while in the towing company’s yard. She says she doesn’t believe her daughter is responsible for Caylee’s death. She then says she doesn’t think Caylee is even dead. How many different stories is she going to try to sell to the public? No one seems to believe her anymore either.

She put up no trespassing signs all over her yard because she is sick of the media hanging around their house all the time. Well duh! That is what happens when you invite them so you can get your picture on the TV. “All you guys want to (explicit) do is put my daughter in jail. Not one of you is doing a damn thing to find my granddaughter!” she screamed at reporters.

Now maybe I am wrong but since when is it the public’s job or the media’s for that matter to go out and look for someone missing? People do what they can to help but how come she isn’t lashing out at her little spoiled brat in the same tone and make her talk.

She has called in a search team from Texas called EquuSearch Mounted Search and Recovery to help find Caylee. Tim Miller heads the team. “We are not asking Casey one question about anything, you know that’s the detective’s job. She does have an attorney and our job is to be searchers,” said Miller.

“I want him to do a search around here to satisfy all of you leaches, parasites, and all of you maggots,” said Cindy Anthony Thursday night. Wouldn’t she feel like a fool if they find Caylee buried in her back yard and then I guess someone else used a shovel and buried her there to try and frame her precious Casey?

I still think the grandparents know all that is going on with their daughter and with the disappearance of Caylee. I am not saying they were involved in it but I am saying that I feel it in my gut that they are helping her plan how to cover up what happened. Maybe they discuss it at night when no one can hear them and then Casey runs back to Jose Baez to get his opinion as to whether or not he thinks a plan will work. I don’t trust any of them anymore not even the attorney or Leonard Padilla now since he clearly lied. I can guarantee that none of them will be on my Christmas card list this year!

Caylee we all love you and our hearts and prayers are with you where ever you are.
