We had value studio, lock off, # 5132 in December. Sunset Savannah. I just found our room # little card! Am planning like the dickens for this up-coming trip! My DS gregwoz will be very happy to know there is NOTHING planned for next Tuesday at Vero Beach

Maybe when we come back we'll have information...2 AKV rooms booked, one a value 1 bedroom and the other a savannah view studio!

We stayed in 5110/5112 2 bedroom last week. Ostrich trail - 1st room down hall right side. Construction view - but I knew that - it was a value view. We did see one brave ostrich!

We were in 5229 for 12 days. Just checked out yesterday. 1 bedroom lock-off room. Beautiful savanah view and the animals were active.

We just checked out of 6205 this morning after 10 wonderful days. It's a 1-bedroom lockoff, savvanah view. It's also handicapped accessable and thus has a huge bathroom!

We absolutely loved it and aside from some really annoying construction noise, we enjoyed the savvanah.

I'm in 5131 right now. Leaving today. It's a value studio lock off, parking lot view.

They made an error and put us in 4422 at first. Bell services let us in to find we were in a AKL room with bunk beds, pool view. It took a while, but they got it figured out and put us in the right room.

I'm giving this a bump to see if we can get some more responses. It would be particularly helpful if anyone has information for rooms that are on either end of one of the building segments or for rooms located along one of the "spurs" on the outside of the horseshoe or any room numbers for the GVs. I need the room number, size/type of room (studio, dedicated studio, 1BR, 2BR, GV), and on which side of the hallway the room was located. If you stayed in a 2BR I need to know which room number goes with the studio portion and which goes with the 1BR portion.

This information will be used to make a better Jambo House map and will be shared with tjkraz of dvcnews.com for a searchable room database. (Want to know how many Value studios there are? or how many HA rooms have a savanna view? The database will make it very easy to find the answer to those questions!)

5426 - We just returned from a stay in this 1 bedroom unit. It faces the pool and has no adjoining room to the right when in the hallway. It is connected to one of the glass walkways from that side.

5466 - standard 1br overlooking the pool.

It was last December - really can't remember the details, except that the bedroom was on the right side (when viewed from the entry door).

In April we stayed in Room 5238 which I believe was a dedicated studio (don't remember a lock off). It faced Sunset Savannah. Two sinks, tub, don't remember a closet. Just remember that there were not many animals for viewing.

In December we'll be staying in a Grand Villa at AKV. Can't wait!

In 5265 right now. On Kudu trail, it's on the left as you walk from the elevators.
Sunset savannah - disappointing. We can see animals, but they are over the fence a distance from our room.
The "savannah" directly under our room is a concrete area where three construction cranes are parked.
I wish I had used less points and gotten a pool view. Thought of complaining (I requested Arusha savannah - like everyone else in the world) but realized immediately we did not get the request and decided to just go with it, we were tired and I did not feel like making a stink.

The room itself is very nice. Wegoshop was here within 5 minutes with my groceries.

Sunset is normally very good though...we've been on it before and loved it and we haven't been in the room enough to know anyway

I too thought about saying something, but did not want a poolview...too loud for us in the summer months. I may still...I don't know. I'm going to see what's on the sav. the rest of the week.

1 BR...I'll try to remember to walk to the end tomorrow and get the GV number. The view would be okay if they hadn't cut off half of the savannah to store construction equipment...blah...still like the room interior though.

DS had room 5383, dedicated studio, savannah view. There was a built in closet. Lovely savannah view, long walk to everything.

I do have a question Lisa, are these rooms considered Savannah View cat? It seems strange when looking at the marked map all the villas to the immediate left of our room are value cat. I just had a thought...they probably smaller right?

Right now in 5129 and 5131 2br value. Disappointing because it is a parking lot view Studio part has 2 sinks 1br has 2 sinks.
