DH also gets perscription pads called Lidoderm 5% patch
from his doctor. He says they are a life savor, making the difference if he crawls around or walks around!
Just thought I'd tell you incase it's not better for your trip.

Awwww...thanks so much everyone!! You really made my night with this post! I am feeling much, much better tonight, just a little sore in my lower back, but much better than yesterday! I am still not sure what I did, I think I might have strained a muscle or something, but all I know is that it was incredibly painful!
