Hi. Planning a trip for July 2013. Its either going to be the WL or BC. If anyone had any opinions or insights into this choice it would be really appreciated!
With AAA discount the BC is approximately $50 more per night. Standard room. Not a huge difference, but there are a bunch of us so the difference is about $1,100 for the group as a whole for the week of July 20-26 (different people are staying various lengths of time)
There's going to be 13 of us in 4 rooms w/ ages ranging from 2 - 65. One of the rooms will have 2 adults and 3 kids in it, with one of the kids a 2 yo in a pack n' play most likely.
Thanks in advance for any help, I'd love to book this ASAP.

The rooms were very nice as was the decor of the resort!! We love EPCOT and being able to walk there within 5 min. was wonderful. We've never stayed at WL, but have eaten there and it too looks very nice. WL is Pacific Northwest themed and BC is seaside themed. WL is wood and stone and BC is white and pastel!! As most people here will say, the pool at BC is the best anywhere at Disney and you also have the Boardwalk right out front!! We found the buses ran very well at BC and you can also take the boat to Hollywood Studios. Good luck with choosing-I love planning Disney trips!!

It has great things to offer all the different ages in your group. The little ones will love playing in the sand, older kids will love the slides and lazy river, even the more senior members of your family will love the atmosphere around the pool, lots of shade and good "people watching" spots. You are steps away from Epcot and a enjoyable boat ride from the Studios. The boardwalk area offers tons of nightlife, fun things for the kids, street performers, carnival games, arcades, movies on the beach, surrey bikes, boat rentals, the only slight negative is the bus to MK can be crowded early in the morning. If you are the type of people who likes to be at rope drop you'll want to allow plenty of extra travel time. We were just at the BC in August
