PLEASE help with enlarging pic!

I am getting so frustrated.

I want to enlarge my picture and change the type of font.
I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong, I have read all the helpful threads but I know I must be doing something wrong.

I sort of fixed it for you Wendy... But the image is really not "wanting" to be increased in size due to it's pixel count.

If you can supply the original web address for the image, we might be able to give you a better final picture.

** Just so you know, you had everything right with the exception of having only a couple of the .html codes displayed in your signature as "&it9" instead of the "<".**

Give us a holler if you need any more HELP!
