PLEASE HELP!! when to go??

I had planned another trip in Dec and when I got my new school schedule I realized my final exams fall the same week we had planned for Disney. I would not go a week later becasue of the crowds....did that insanity last year SO, I was thinking maybe the end of Oct. and we could hit MNSSHP. The only thing is, we would not be able to arrive before the 31st because of regular/value season. The only way I could come earlier is if I got very lucky and got a great deal on a moderate before value season started. I know MNSSHP on Halloween is crazy but I wouldn't have a choice if we could not come earlier. Also, what will the parks look like that following week, first week of Nov? Is it as bad as the week of Christmas. We were there the 19th-25th last year and we watched the crowd level rise everyday. I don't like it quite that busy.

The end of October and beginning of November are great times to go. Crowds are usually low and the temps should be nice.

One of the weeks you are looking at (Halloween to first week of November) is the famous Jersey week, when all us Jerseyans invade Disney! So that week will probably be busy but not horrible, and no where nears like the major holidays.

I am thinking about going that week, too, but I much rather go earlier in October to go to less crowded MNSSHPs!
