Please help QUICK!!

The AAA discount is "sold out" for our room category at GF for the first week of Dec. That's when we want to go. It is available starting the second week of Dec. Does this mean there may be something going on in WDW the first week of Dec.? Normally, that's not a busy time but since all the AAA discounts are gone, I'm scared. Should we opt for a different week? I want to book this fast before any other AAA discounts at the hotel are gone!! Thanks for your speedy help!!!

I'm not sure but I would guess that the closer you get to Christmas, the busier it will be. If your schedule is fairly open I would book for the next week if there are AAA discount rooms available. I would love to be going down there during that time of year. I think it would be really fun to be there then.

This is why I'm confused...I would THINK that the first week of Dec. would be less busy than the second week, so why would the discount not be available the first but IS available the second week? Could there be a big time convention or something???

I think it's too early. Something may open up later. There may even be codes out for that time. I would plan on traveling when you want to travel and then just keep on the look out for codes.

No, they only offer so many rooms per catagory, per night at each resort for AAA discount, as with other discounts!

I wasn't able to get AAA for the WL concierge, but able to get GF RPC deluxe concierge...the same dates.
Somebody just booked the AAA rates before you for those dates!
Luckily, there are cancellations, so I would keep calling and checking with CRO/WDTC.

I would also say to just keep calling. If you can get the AAA discount at some point then take it. You can always watch for any other discount that may become available.

Hmmm...the AAA rate is also sold out for a deluxe room at WL during the first week of Dec. Again, could there be something going on in WDW the first week of Dec.? DH would kill me if we go down and it's really crowded - he's going only with the understanding that it won't be !
