We are arriving on a Sunday around 6 PM and our planned first stop is Disney Springs. Last time we were here, it was still Downtown Disney so we would like help in navigating our way around as we may have limited time. We would like to:

- Visit Guest Relations to buy TIW card
- Eat at Homecoming for dinner

My questions are:

Should we park in the lime garage?

Is Guest relations in Town Center and does it stay open late, i.e, before 8:00 PM?

My other dilemma is which dessert to have at Homecoming because after checking the dessert menu, I'm tempted to order one of each! I'm half kidding, half serious.

TIA

I prefer the orange garage, but there's no real difference, other than obviously where you enter Disney Springs at.

I find Orange to be better because you walk into either side of the AMC theater, and it's easier to essentially start exploring from there.

I'd explore the west side first (AMC theaters, Disney Quest, House of Blues, Cirque, etc etc), then make your way up to the newer areas.

Honestly, I'd say for Disney Springs don't try to "plan it" - explore it, have fun, and try new things you might nor have normally done. It's such a new experience from DTD that I wouldn't want to overdo it, and just explore for myself what's new!

As much as I would love to explore, we have about 3 hours allotted and directed towards getting the TIW card and dinner at Homecoming.

Lime garage will be the closest to both the locations you are trying to visit.
We ate at Homecoming on the second day it opened, you are in for a treat. Best food I've had at Disney Springs so far. Enjoy

Sorry, not OP but what did you have at homecoming? :)

Jasper Board, Hush Puppies, Art's Fried Chicken Dinner (3 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and a biscuit) side of Mac and Cheese and Key Lime Pie
It was 3 of us so we split everything, the 3 piece meal and max and cheese would've been enough for us.
The only thing I didn't absolutely love were the hush puppies, but they were still really good. But the rest was phenomenal

Thanks! It's just me, DH and DS2. With the amount of menu items I find good, we might have enough food until the next day! Lol

Whoa, DH and I picked out the fried chicken, mac and cheese, and key lime pie. Plus, the 7 other desserts. :p So excited especially after hearing you say the food was phenomenal. Was it busy when you dined here?

exactly, we brought home most of the hush puppies and part of the Jasper board, it made for a great dinner that night :)

We had lunch, around 1pm and it was not busy but it was the 2nd day of opening so not sure how many knew about it. The key lime pie is soooo good. You know how most pies are heavy? this one is so light but still full of flavor.

@Lyn-CA to go to Guest relations from the Lime Garage just walk straight from the garage and you'll see it. Homecoming is to the left of Guest Relations a little further down, close to Morimoto
