Please Help - Park Hopping Transportation

DD14 and I have Park Hoppers and will be parking hopping in the evenng. Our plan is to go to a non EMH park in early evening, and then hop to the late EMH park to take advantage of the late hours. If the crowds get the best of us , we'll call it quits for the night. The problem is I'm not sure about the transportation from park to park. This is all I know about the park transportation:

Magic Kingdom to Epcot - monorail

Is all other transportation between parks by bus only? If not, what other modes of transportation is provided between parks?

There is a boat between Epcot in World Showcase section and MGM. There are also buses between Epcot and Animal Kingdom, MGM and Animal Kingdom, and Epcot and MGM. I think to get to MK from AK or MGM you need to go to the TTC and then take the boat or monorail to MK.

Magic Kingdom to:

Epcot: monorail or ferryboat to TTC and then monorail to Epcot
MGM: monorail or ferryboat to TTC and then bus
AK: monorail or ferryboat to TTC and then bus

EPCOT to:

Magic Kingdom: monorail to TTC and then ferryboat or monorail to MK
MGM: Bus from front of park or boat from international gateway or walking from international gateway
AK: bus

MGM to:

Magic Kingdom: bus to TTC and then ferryboat or monorail to MK
Epcot: Bus or boat to International gateway or walking to international gateway
AK: bus

Animal Kingdom to:

Magic Kingdom: bus to TTC then monorail or ferryboat to Mk
MGM: bus
Epcot: bus

These are the standard ways to go from park to park, once you get familiar with the transportation,there are other options like taking a bus from MGM or AK to the contemporary resort where it's a pretty easy walk to MK.
