What does your confirmation say? Emerald Reserve full size, you go to the Full Size Aisle in the Garage.
Type of Service: counter You go to the counter...
You have to book an midsize in order to be eligible to go to the emerald aisle.

If you go to National's website and click on Emerald Club. They have details regarding the Emerald Club. They also have a short movie showing you how the Emerald Aisle works.

it says: Your level of service is Emerald Reserve. Please proceed directly to the rental lot and the car class reserved to choose your vehicle.

I reserved fullsize. would it have been better for me to reserve midsize? Do I have to go to the nation/alamo counter first or strait to the lot???

You go straight to the garage (level 1 on B side, level 2 on A side) and look for the full size row. Pick a car, load your stuff, stop at the booth on the way out. At the booth, show your reservation, license, credit card. They will process the paperwork and off you go!

DebbieB is correct. Get your luggage, go to the garage for National/Alamo, find the row with fullsize cars, pick out the one you want, load your luggage and drive to the booth. Give the person your CC & license, they will give you contract and off you go. Take the 417 South exit it's the easiest way to Disney. Make sure you have couple of 1.00 bills and (quarters, if you go all the way to the end) for the tolls.

If I have an exsisting reservation and joined Emerald Club afterwards, is there a way to connect them? I'm not seeing anything. Then, when I try to book under the EC it is asking for a cc # upfront.

Did you try to rebook it using your EC number? Maybe the rate will stay the same, maybe it'll be cheaper.

The credit card you supply won't be charged until the end of your rental period and then they ask you if you would like to keep it on the card on file.

If rebooking doesn't work, just call National and have them apply you EC # to your reservation.
