Please help me, don't know where to start

This is our first family trip & I am overwhelemed! Can anyone help make a plan/spreedsheet for plans. I don't know where to start. This is what I have so far.

we are staying at POP we have three girls 10, 7 & 2
Arive Sept. 10th at 3:30 leave

11th Dinner at Garden Grill(Epcot) 4:35
12th Dinner at Coral Reef(Epcot) 8:20
13th Lunch at Hollywood & Vine(HS) 11:45
14th Breakfast 1900 Park Fare(Grand Floridian) 10:05
15th Breakfast at Chef Mickey's(Cont) 11:00
16th Dinner at Captain Jacks(DTD) 5:00
17th Breakfast at Ohana(Poly) 8:20

17th leave 4:05


Where can I get show times & parade times & locations

For times, check out Steve Soares' site at: http://pages.prodigy.net/stevesoares/ There are boxes at the top for each park. The dates you are going are still a little ways off and the times will surely be subject to change. This will give you a rough idea, though, of the times. Check back though as this site is updated regularly.

Your kids may dictate how you tour the parks since you have a little one that may need naps, but if you are gathering time and location info to go commando you should check out the Unofficial Guide and its website.
