UPDATE!!!! and it's good news!!!

i heard from mike (mstew99), and they had the fridge waiting for him at checkin. thank goodness! so we finally have it! phew, i feel much better now. i apologize to erin so so much, i wish they had gotten in touch with you like they were supposed to. what a pain. but i'm glad it's finally in our possession.

it can only get better from here forward!

great!!!! i believe i pick the fridge up next. hopefully no more problems will arise!

Hi everyone, i'm back home

Everything went well with the fridge. When I arrived there was an envelope waiting for me that had the luggage claim ticket for the coffee maker and supply box. There was also a note on my reservation about the fridge, which they had back behind the front desk, with the other two packages being with luggage services. The fridge was great, and I still feel bad things got messed up and the first two people didn't even get to use it. Funny thing, when we checked in at 10am, they already had a room ready for us, which was a shocker. We go and park the car and haul all the luggage up, and find out they put us in a handicap accessible room that already had a fridge in it! But, my friend and I really didn't want to share a bed, so they were able to move us to a 2 bed room.

When I left, I called luggage services and someone came up and picked up the 3 packages. I put the luggage claim ticket in an envelope, and put all of the next swappers information on it. I left it with the front desk, and had them make a note of it and the packages on the next swappers reservation. So hopefully everything will continue to go smooth from here on out!

I know you are probably about ready to kill me, I know my husband is! But we've changed our dates once again! The dates we originally wanted finally came open with the discount, so this will be the last and final time we change. Anyway, our dates have changed back to Oct.18-25. If there is still an opening for that time, I'd love to fill it, if not, that's fine too. I completely understand. Please let me know.
