My head starts to spin when I look at all the different prices, options, etc. Can someone who is better at this tell me which would be the less expensive option?
Right now - we have a room only reservation at Pop Century - standard room - June 2-9 - 7 nights - with AAA discount. Cost : $656 or approx 93 per night (including taxes) - Our dates do not have to be set in stone - our girls get out of school May 27th - so we could go a little earlier.
We planned to get 7 day parkhopper (expiring) passes from Ticketmania using the mousesavers link - We need two adult and two children's tickets. We were not going to get the waterpark option so we could save a few bucks (we have annual waterpark passes in town, and would go maybe once in FL if at all) - but if it's free - hey - we'll take it!
We were not planning to do the meal plan - we tend to do breakfast in room, and then sandwiches/lunch in the room and eating dinner out (nothing too fancy). We aren't against splitting meals, etc for counter service places - at a table service place - I would just feel cheap LOL.
So should I pursue Disney's deal? Is it that impressive? Can I even use the AAA discount with it?
Since the deal is until June 3rd - how would that work if we checked in on June 2nd? Would it be still be good for a trip that continued past the exp. date??
Thanks for any advice you can offer!!
