We are going May 19- 28, 2008 for our honeymoon! We are going to surprise the kids and bring them with us. (They think our honeymoon is a trip to PA. LOL)

You can book your rooms now... at the OLD rates but at least you could have a resy in place for your trip.

Thats what we did just made it seem more REAL!

I'm not sure on dates yet, but we are shooting for Fall-ish 2008. I haven't decided because if there is a chance for free dining we'll do the very end of August-weekend of Labor Day before DD starts Kindergarten. If not, we'll do mid-october for my birthday and MNSSHP.

Crowds and weather should be nice in October, right? Any one have insight on which time period would be better?

I checked this morning before going to work and it let me put in 2008 dates!!!!

It's saying that nothing is available for my time frame, but at least it finally let me put in for next year!

Hope this means we can book soon!

I am going from Dec 18th- Jan 1St. ALL Star Movies. Then Pop from Jan 1st- Jan 5th. I put those dates in and nothing available. Then I put in Jan 7th- Jan 11th and I got room rates of 129.00. Holy cow, that is a differnce of $47 dollars for Value times!

I just attempted to get a quote online for June 2008...it actually "processed" the request but could not find rooms at the hotel I selected. I selected another and another and nothing was "available" . I am assuming that the system is not completely ready to take 2008 reservations online...or we missed the boat for our trip!

I tried for June to and recieved the same message. So I tried in January same thing. I think they are still in the process of getting the system ready to accept ressie's for 2008. Should be very soon. The waiting is driving me crazy.

It kept giving me the message that my dates were not available, but it still listed all the resorts as alternative choices.....
So....work in progress I guess.

We going June 2008!!!!!!!

I've been checking online, too, and was getting nothing available. I thought SURELY that couldn't be!!! Oh, I hope the rates don't go up that much...

DH isn't excited about going. We went in June 2005; he thinks we were just there...DS10 is THRILLED!!! These are our unofficial plans so far...

When: June 9-16 or 16-23
Resort: POP - LOVE IT!!!!!
Dining Plan: Nope -- too much food for us & sounds like too much money...
Tickets: PH - 7 or 8 days
Transportation: Fly, Rental Car (I don't want to wait in more lines at the beginning/end of the day -- I just want to go, go, go!!!!!)

We will hopefully be going in April/May 2008. The only thing that can change that is if we feel that we dont have enough money. But sign me up

Woo hoo! We chose our dates!!!

After looking at the calender of Disney events and the projected crowd levels, we've decided on October 11-18th. YAY!!! This way, we'll hopefully be able to take advantage of MNSSHP, F&W Festival at Epcot, and the Little Ones times at MK. Plus, the crowds should be pretty thin then from what I've read. Its still over a year away but I'm way excited because I'll get to celebrate my 29th birthday (10/15) at WDW! Yippee!!

We've also pretty much decided to stay at POP because we've heard good things about it and my DH wants to try to avoid breaking the bank. LOL Its not ASMu so I'm happy! (We didn't enjoy ASMu very much.)

LOL He's a man! He doesn't get it that the $$ we save by staying at a value I'll just spend somewhere else! But, he does have a point because we don't plan on spending much time in the room so why spend the big bucks if we can avoid it. He always says he doesn't want to come home from Disney broke...but we know its pretty much unavoidable! LOL
