We were planning on eating at Planet Hollywood & someone told me that they don't offer a kids meal anymore. That children have to order off the adults menu.
Does anyone know if this is true or not?

Last time we were there (a few years ago) they did have a kids menu. The food there is mediocre at best.

We went to Planet Hollywood in December, and my cousin's son was given a kid's menu.

I don't know if they offer a kids menu or not, but I would advise avoiding this resteraunt.
We at here twice (Why I agreed on the second time I am still not sure!) The first time the food was ok but we saw our waiter 3 times. (literally!) once when he took our order, once when he brought it and an age later when he brought our check. (someone else brought our drinks). He never came back to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. Or even asked if we wanted desert.... And in the time between when we finished eating and when we got our check we had TIME to get hungry again! And when he finally did bring the check he dropped it off on the table on his way to somewhere else. (didn't say a word to us.)
It was just plain awful.
The second time the service was a little better, but the food was blah.
Plus something about the shape of the place throws me off and I have a hard time keeping my balance.
(Possibly contributing to my extreme dislike of the place  )

Before you ask for a table, see if they will just let you look around.
that way you can see all the movie stuff without the hassel..
You never know.

Yuck! I wouldn't spend the time or money. If you REALLY want to see the inside, why not stop in during an afternoon for a late dessert or early appetizers instead of a full meal. The desserts are one of the few highlights.

We decided to try Planet Hollywood this past Jan3rd on our way out of town. It turned out to be a huge time sink hole!

I don't think the service was very good, perhaps there were extenuating circumstances, but it took forever for the food to be delivered to our table. When it did arrive, the french fries were stone cold, so I figure at least one order sat for a while.

The food was mediocre at best.

Everyone wished that we had stopped at a Burger King on the way out of town, instead.

We have eaten in Planet Holly in DTD & Vegs. Both times were great. My kids actually asked if we could eat there instead of Rainforest Cafe.

I would have to say I've never had a bad meal at Planet Hollywood. I think it can be really neat if you haven't been there before, but if you have done the Planet Hollywood thing before I would pick something else. There are so many really neat different restaraunts at wdw, that I would try one of those.

I'm surprised at everyones dislike of PH.
I guess I am not much of an "expert" since we have only eaten there twice. (The latest being about 2 years ago.) But, our food and service was decent both times. Not very memorable, but not terrible like most of the reviews on this board. Maybe it has gone downhill since we were last there.:(

MY family and I ate there 3 weeks ago, they do not have a childrens menu. I wouldn't recommend Planet Hollywood, food quality has really declined , IMO. I also didn't like that they automatically added the tip (for a party of five), the server didn't make a point of telling us this, we finally noticed that there was a stamp on the bill that said gratuity (15%) has been added.
