Plan of Action

Hi all,

We will be at AK on May 31, 2011 and doing Donald's Tusker House character breakfast that morning and may not get out until 10:30 or so. For all of you that have been there, what should be my plan of action? Never been to WDW before. This will be with my 13DD and myself. Which FP should we get first and what ride or rides should we aim for? Any ideas as to crowds that day?
Doing MK on June 1, crowd levels????? I thought that going through the week the crowds might be less. Thanks.

What time is your ADR??? If you got time before your ADR...I would get there at RD and ride the safari and send someone to get FP for EE...

if you dont have alot of time I would FP the safari....

As long as neither of you are afraid of roller coasters, make sure you guys get a chance to ride Expedition Everest...that would be my first choice no matter what.

I would also try and make sure that you hit the "It's tough to be a bug" show...It's a 3D interactive show in the base of the tree alife...even the queue line is fun to be in!

Dinosaur was awesome as well...it will make you jump a couple of times though so beware!

I can't say anything about the safari or kali river rapids because i've sadly never had a chance to do these...my trip in May will be the first! After everything I've heard, they are also a must-see. However, if you do kali river rapids, make sure to save it for last. I hear you get SOAKED! Hope this helps!

Ahhhh, you're the reason I can't get a reservation on that day. Shame on you.

I know most people will say fast pass safari but I find that the safari ride is less crowded later on. We use to always do it first thing thinking that is when you see the most animals but the last few times we went we tried it around 4 and it was great both times. I would fast pass EE. Dinasour is a walk on ride the line moves fast. Bugs life is an awsome 3d we have never used a fast pass on this show. Finding Nemo show is a most for us and a favorite of DD16. Kali River Rapids you might need a fast pass for. Do not take the train ride to the petting zoo. It takes alot of time. Hope you have a great trip. I will never forget my first time at Disney when I was twelve with my Mom.
