If you have already booked a cruise with a placeholder are you able to cancel that cruise and book a different cruise using the same placeholder?

No, once a placeholder has been assigned to a cruise it can not be transferred.

Cancel - no. Change the date - yes, as long as you aren’t past the PIF date. Be sure you CHANGE the current booking, and the new one must still be within the original 24 months.
