If you booked the placeholder back in May, it is too late to transfer to Costco (or any TA). You have to do that within 30 days of booking.

I believe you just phone Costco and the TA will phone DCL with the gift card info and if it's valid, the payment can be accepted. Not sure if you can do it on line, though.

You can combine gift cards at Disneygiftcard.com so you have fewer cards (each gift card can be $1000 max) then call them up and tell them you have GCs to apply to your balance.
