Another vote for Santarpio's in East Boston. A MUST if you are flying out of Logan Airport.

Running a close second: Denley Park in Weymouth, MA and the Original Pizzaria Regina in the North End.

Now I'm craving Pizza--Thanks Wishy

Davids, Benniditos, Pete's Pizza, and Rocky Roccocos are all great. They are a bit more expensive than the big chains but make a much better pie. If I want a cheaper pizza I usually go with Pizza Pipeline.

BTW, I can't stand Papa John's. Their sauce is much too sweet.

Pizza Man (formerly Monacles) in Litchfield, IL (partly because I was born there and it's owned by some really good friends but also because it has awesome thin crust pizza, hard to find in IL.)

Mellow Mushroom - here in Knoxville. I believe it's a chain they have two of them in town. Really good parmesan cheese mixed into the dough and it takes forever because they don't start with par-baked dough.

Pizzaria Regina. There is one of their franchises in a local casino here. That is some great pizza. In 2002 They were picked as one of the best in the US.Best Pizza in US 2002

Not many, but there are 2. One is Steve's Pizza, he owns 2 stores, another is Marcella's. Also my local joint UP the street from me, is Tony's owned by a guy named Brad!

We have 3 pizza places here. Pizza Hut, Gambino's and Sandbaggers. I prefer Pizza Hut. When I lived in Sun Valley/Ketchum, Idaho the best pizza was a place called Louies. I miss that pizza.

We always order from PIZZA PIZZA for all my fellow Canadians. It's a Pizza chain here in Canada (I htink it is Canada wide). They just have good Pizza! It has to be thick crust! yumm, and garlic dipping sauce!
