Recently I was granted one of those "one time only" exceptions which really helped me out of a jam. I didn't even ask for it, the CM offered and made it happen. I won't go into detail, but only wanted to post a message saying "Well done, Member Services. And thank you." Obviously I entered a favorable review on the survey after the call.
