Pixie dust frame for address label? Can anyone help me???

I am trying to make address labels and would love to have a Tink with a pixie dust frame, but none of the graphics I have are like this and I have no clue how to make a pixie dust frame. I figured one of you amazingly talented DISigners probably already have something like this saved on your computer. I have the Tink I want to use... just need the pixie dust frame!!!

BTW, the label size is 1" x 2 5/8". Pretty regular size.
