Pirates/Princess Party design needed...

i've looked thru a bunch of awesome threads and webpages at hundreds of amazing designs... but have not found something for our family for the Pirates/Princess party... we're going in august and we'll be 11 people (but some of them may not get into the shirt thing, but a gal can hope, can't she?!)

I think the skull design is super, and would really like to use it on a shirt for my son. I wondered, is it possible to change the background colour to blue?
