Pirates League Makeover Help Needed

We are leaving tomorrow for DisneyWorld and have makeovers scheduled for Thursday. I was just checking on line and it does not show the mermaid makeover package. Can anyone confirm if this is still an option? My granddaughter was looking forward to it.

We have the mermaid option booked for Dec. AFAIK it is still available. The CM on the phone booked it for me no problem last week.
