Pirates Fastpass+ Queue

The new Fastpass+ queue for POTC, is it the left queue or right queue? Where is the merge?

ie. do I need a Fastpass+ reservation to see those iconic skeletons playing chess in the jail (in the right queue)??? Just curious.

FP+ queue is on the right, standby on the left. Standby does not go past the chess match.

Ah what a bummer! I love that right side of the queue but I don't want to waste a FP on a ride that has a 5 min standby wait. Thanks for the response.
