Pirates Carribean Game Level 3

I'm a newbie to this forum & vmk. I've played Pirates and have won more than 10 times on level 2 but I don't seemed to be allowed to move to level 3.

What am I missing

You have to go to the treehouse and click on Cpt Blackheart first.
You will then get more credits and be allowed to play on level three.
