This may be answered somewhere. How do you get to get onto an email list where they send you pins for discounts?

know if anyone outside Disney truly knows the key to getting pins. Two things that people suggest most often are 1) update your profile on the Disney website and 2) search certain resorts and packages and save them.

I did update my profile earlier this year and did receive a series of pins via email. Coincidence or validation I don't know, but neither technique takes very long.

You need to register for an account on the WDW website, order a vacation planning DVD, search around on their website and price out some vacations...you can get all the way to the point before actually booking a vacation...and then try to close the tab or leave the website...the website will promt you..."Why are you not booking a vacation?" I always tell them, too expensive...and codes are generated RANDOMLY...so there are no guarantees...but it's s good way to get your email and name in the ring for some discount codes. Also, sign up for multiple accounts, for you and your spouse, so you get a better chance for someone to get a code. My husband always gets the codes and I am always the one pricing stuff online...it makes no sense, but do as many things as you can to generate a code! GL!!!

Updating your profile from time to time is also sooo important...that makes WDW think that you are interested in visiting...and of course we are!!!!!
