Pinocchio Village Haus with the Dining Plan

DH and I are big fans of Columbia Harbour House, but after riding It's a Small World about 15 times (I kid you not!) with DD on our last trip, I was thinking that this might be a fun alternative CS restaurant for us.

Couple of questions...what can you get here on the dining plan? Do the milkshakes count as a dessert or drink? How is the pizza and the panini (DH loves panini's and this one looks like it was made especially for him)? Is it hard to get a seat overlooking IASW (we usually eat lunch early...like 11am...if that helps).

On the dining plan you can get a pannini, pizza, italian hero, ect.. they come with chips, a drink, and a dessert. That's what we got when we were there in october. I had the italian hero, dh had the pannini - they are OK, nothing like you would get at an italian store or restaurant. I don't know about getting the milkshake as a dessert, the dessert we got was chocolate cake and mickey rice krispy treats. As for sitting overlooking IASW, we were there when it was VERY busy so we were lucky just to get a seat at all, but there are only a handful of tables that look over IASW so I would assume that its difficult to get a table unless you are going at an off hour as you mentioned.

We were there the beginning of Oct. and the people in front of us asked about being able to get a milkshake for the dessert and they were told that yes they could.

Ate there two times last week on the dining plan. Had pizza, Italian sub and antipasta salad. All were good, the salad being the best and huge. Sub was good, but Sunshine Seasons sandwiches better. Pizza was the norm, but good and hot. CM suggested milkshake as a dessert.

I got a milkshake for dessert. But that was in May before the menu change so you may not be able to now.
