Pinocchio themed attractions

My son's favorite movie is Pinocchio, but I do not believe there is a specifically themed attraction. There is a bavarian vibe over by IASW, but are there any Pinocchio restaurants/meetings/rides/etc. possibly in Epcot world showcase etc?

As I write this message, Gepatto is humming little wooden head, as Alex, my son, is eating hotdog coins and cup o' noodle off a tv table. We are so typical American it hurts.
