Pin codes- frustrating

So back in 2003 we booked an extended family trip to WDW (we live in California). I used my address and FIL name for the in-laws room and such. This was the only time I did this mix of name and address.

For the past two years we have gotten Disneyland (Ca) pin codes addressed to him but at our address.

The hotel rates are good (but not great) and definitely a lot cheaper then the current AP rates.

Unfortanately they are not able to go so we cannot use the pin code.

I got one in the mail ( reg ) does that happen often? I keep getting them for DL. I would love one for WDW. Oh well :confused3 Jo
