Pictures of things No Longer Seen at WDW

Do you have pictures on your computer or online somewhere? If so, pretty easy.

Just do a right mouse click over the photo, click 'copy image', and then right mouse click here and 'paste' in the post here.
hi-no I have old print photos

Aha! Were they rolled-up posters? That solves a question in my head... we have a photo of us all taken late at night under a 25th anniversary sign and we are all carrying white rolled up papers - I had forgotten about the posters and often wondered what we were carrying in that picture!! I bet they are still in a box somewhere... I must investigate!
Yes they were rolled up! I remember many people putting them in the trash cans on Main St!!! We were also given little stick on pins with the first year that we visited printed on them!

I remember them! They said guest of honour on them and were white and they had first visit ones that were blue :)

Not my picture, but I do remember seeing this "live" in '74 & '75.

Do you have a scanner, either stand alone or in a multi-function printer?
We do have a combo fax/printer-I will get the old photo albums out and see if a more "computer literate" friend can show me how to post the pics-My mom has the photo album from our 1st trip in 1976-I still remember the bi-centenniel parade and have a book on this and the original making of the pirates ride that are really cool. Thanks everyone for the trip down memory lane and back to childhood :)

17.99 for an adult character meal? Now that really IS something gone from the parks. ;)

Did you notice the split between child and adult was at 12 years old and not 10?

My mom runs around taking pictures of pictures with her cell :-) It gets the job done!

This thread is awesome! Thank you all for your posts. Soooo many memories!

Does anyone remember Donald's Safari Breakfast before it was at the Tusker House Restaurant. It was in the building that is now Restrauntasaurus. We went to Disney in 2000 and ate there and loved that breakfast. The food was served out of cast iron pots.
Yes! That used to be our favorite. Always used to do this before rope drop so we could beat the crowds into the park. Our fondest memories are of rushing through the deserted park in the early morning to get there and we always found the characters to best the most interactive there. I will have to dog out some pictures.

I remember when the Kid Stop crafts were representative of each country. Painting in France (seen here, origami in China, etc.

edit - can't seem to get the picture to upload, I tried drag and drop also.

Breakfast at the Garden Grill. All the people, and this restaurant can't support breakfast? Travesty, it was one of our favorites.

There are many sins I would forgive WDW management for, if they just brought this back. And reopened the upstairs of Imagination Works...and brought back the opening of the ride...

That would be fantastic. I think you will find it very easy to get the hang of.
Looking forward to your contribution. :)
